I am inspired by my co-workers who make the extra effort to produce deliverables that fulfill the vision, intent, and needs of the client even beyond the scope of the contract. For example, when I noticed a missing reimbursement category in a utility agreement. Where some firms may avoid the topic to reduce the workload, I was encouraged for looking out for the needs of all stakeholders. We collaborated with the client to fulfill the interest of third-party stakeholder and ultimately built a better community through assurances that their trust was earned.
