Intersection Capacity Improvements

CobbFendley provided design to improve capacity for four heavily congested intersections in the City: South Lake Forest Drive at McKinney Ranch Parkway, Alma Road at Eldorado Parkway, Virginia Parkway at South Stonebridge Drive, and South Hardin Boulevard at West White Avenue. As this project will widen the existing roadways, the existing signals need to be relocated to accommodate the roadway widening, which includes adding additional left-turn lanes and right-turn only lanes. Additional services included baseline environmental investigations, franchise utility coordination, sidewalks and curb ramps, survey, subsurface utility engineering, right of way, and bid and construction phase services.
