CobbFendley serves Governmental Agencies, Developers and Utility Owners in coordinating the relocation of facility lines for proposed projects.
This includes identifying the location of utility lines within a project’s limits; providing a conflict assessment between the proposed improvements and the existing Utility Owner’s lines; offering alternate design solutions to avoid the conflicts; communicating the necessary relocations to all project stakeholders; scheduling, monitoring and verifying the relocations including municipal, telecommunication, electrical and gas distribution / transmission systems with the end goal of avoiding delay claims during construction due to unresolved or unidentified utility conflicts.

Additionally, CobbFendley has expertise in assisting Utility Owners with the reimbursement of their facility relocations beginning with the preparation and execution of Utility Agreements and continuing throughout the billing process following construction completion.
