This project consisted of 90 utility test holes in various locations along Uvalda Street south of the intersection of E 56th Avenue. CobbFendley staff were responsible for confirming the location of the targeted utilities with the use of radio detection utility location equipment, core drilling (hard surface asphalt) the utility pothole locations, excavation of the targeted utility, reporting all utility data, and backfill and restoration of the holes. All activities were monitored by the City and County of Denver inspectors for proper core re-instatement and excavation practices. CobbFendley was also responsible for securing permitting, right-of-way occupancy reports (City and County of Denver), and the traffic control coordination.
