I’ve been working as the Principal on the Site Services Engineer contract, and subsequent projects, with the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC). It was a complex undertaking involving coordination across various services and collaboration with multiple project teams contracted directly with the TFC. I take immense pride in the outcome—an achievement that brought out the best in everyone involved and showcased CobbFendley’s world-class expertise. Working on this project has been inspiring, surrounded by high-performing colleagues who are not only great teammates but also push me to strive for excellence every day. The TFC has been a fantastic client, and our successful collaboration has led to them becoming a sustaining partner for our office.
