On-Call Contract for Land Surveying Services

As the professional land surveying firm working on a non-compete basis with Pat Cashen Architects, CobbFendley provides topographic and boundary surveying services for the development and approval of official architectural and construction plans sets for various cities and municipalities along the front range. CobbFendley has worked on over 15 project sites to provide accurate existing conditions surveys for the design of proposed site improvements. These projects included the rectification and establishment of final boundaries (property lines), completion of either an improvement survey plat or ALTA/NSPS land title survey, collection of topographic survey data, private utility locations, recovery or establishment of required City and County of Denver range points, or aliquot section corners.
