The Parker Road Sidewalks project consisted of 35 utility test holes in various locations along Parker Road from the intersections of Parker Road from S. Pine Drive to Bucktail Drive. CobbFendley staff was responsible for confirming the location of the targeted utilities with the use of radio detection utility location equipment, core drilling (hard surface asphalt) the utility pothole locations, excavation of the targeted utility, reporting all utility data, and backfill and restoration of the holes. In addition to the excavation of all potholes, CobbFendley was tasked with providing centimeter accuracy (survey grade) locations of all utility potholes with the use of RTK GPS to support the design of the project improvements. CobbFendley was also responsible for securing permitting, right-of-way occupancy reports (CDOT), and the coordination of traffic control for this project.
