CobbFendley provided professional boundary and improvement surveying services for the City of El Paso. The project was located at the northwest corner of Boeing Drive and Shuttle Columbia Drive (8101 Boeing Drive) and being approximately 12 acres. Research was performed utilizing the El Paso County Clerk’s Records, El Paso County, and Central Appraisal District, as needed to define the boundary of the property located at 8101 Boeing Drive. The project involved coordination with EPIA for access to the site. The field work was performed under the supervision of an EPIA escort. During the field survey boundary control monuments were gathered as were the location of the existing improvements within the property including pavement striping used for aircraft. With the record data and field data, a Boundary and Improvement Survey drawing was produced.
