Montgomery County Emergency Services District No. 7 Fire Station 154  

CobbFendley assisted the District with the design-build process in the role of owner’s representative, as well as with platting services while preparing the site for the proposed project. This project included conceptual design of the site layout, detention, water and wastewater requirements for the site, including a water well and a septic system.

CobbFendley prepared a criteria package for the RFQ and RFP process which was used to review submissions from design-builders. CobbFendley assisted the District during the selection process and construction. This project included conceptual site drawings, specifications, selection phase services, and construction phase services.

CobbFendley attended board meetings as necessary to assist them with any other engineering needs and questions.
