Montgomery County Emergency Services District No. 7 Fire Station 152

CobbFendley is assisting the District with design-build services in the role of owner’s representative. CobbFendley is providing a feasibility study of the property, conceptual design of the site layout, and preparation of Design-Build documents for the RFQ and RFP process. This project includes conceptual site drawings, specifications, selection phase services, and construction phase services. We will also be responsible for the District during the selection process and construction.

This facility will join the City of Roman Forest Police Department with Fire Department No. 2. It will be a nearly 13,000 square foot new multi-use facility and include a training room, locker rooms, kitchen and a common area.
