CobbFendley assisted the District with the design-build process in the role of owner’s representative. This project included conceptual design of the site layout, detention, water, and wastewater requirements for the site. CobbFendley prepared a criteria package for the RFQ and RFP process which was used to review submissions from design-builders. CobbFendley assisted the District during the selection process and construction. This project included conceptual site drawings, specifications, selection phase services, and construction phase services. Fire Station No. 95 is a 6,010 square foot metal building with three fire truck bays and living quarters including dorms, watch room, kitchen, den area, and two offices which serves five on-duty fire fighters.

Additional services for this District included reviewing proposed sites for future projects and making recommendations. CobbFendley attended board meetings to assist the building committee with making recommendations, as well as providing support to the Board for any questions they had concerning the design-build process and other procurement methods.
