CobbFendley provided design of a 2 million gallon, composite-style, elevated water storage tank for the City of Sugar Land. The project includes design of 5,100 linear feet of 24-inch water line that connects the elevated tank to an existing 24-inch water line on University Boulevard, 1,000 linear feet of 12-inch water line that connects to an existing 12-inch water line on the University of Houston campus, and 1,000 linear feet of 12-inch water line crossing US 59 to the Telfair Development. Services include the preparation of plans, technical specifications, preliminary cost estimates, and bid documents, and construction administration services.
