Elevated Water Tank

CobbFendley provided plans and specifications, along with bidding and construction phase services, for the rehabilitation of the existing 500,000-gallon James Carlow Drive elevated storage tank. The scope of construction work includes replacing all yard piping and valves, extending the overflow piping to ground level, adding a passive tank mixer and supplemental chloramine booster system in the tank, SCADA improvements, site improvements, tank coating replacement recommendations, and recommended improvements to ensure the tank meets current TCEQ requirements.
