CobbFendley Cares: Our 2025 Impact

We are excited to reflect on a year of service and impact through CobbFendley Cares by highlighting the collective impact made possible by our employees across the firm. Guided by a shared commitment to community engagement, this year reflects how our people continue to show up to support the communities where we live and work.

In 2025, CobbFendley Cares grew in both participation and purpose. Through employee-led initiatives, firmwide efforts, and local outreach, our teams focused on making a meaningful difference in three key areas: hunger relief, sustainability, and STEM education. Let’s take a look at some of that impact.

Lauren has been with CobbFendley for nearly six years. She serves as CobbFendley’s Marketing Communications Coordinator and as Chair of the Hunger Relief Subcommittee of CobbFendley Cares. While her primary focus is addressing food insecurity, her passion for service extends far beyond that mission. Eager to give back in any way she can, Lauren regularly hosts donation drives in the Houston office throughout the year in support of a variety of causes.

Jennifer has been with CobbFendley for three years and serves as a Senior Project Manager and Team Lead. As Chair of the STEM Education Committee, she is passionate about supporting and inspiring young people by helping provide the information and opportunities they need to succeed in STEM fields.

Rachel has been a valued member of the CobbFendley team for seven years and currently serves as a Senior Marketing Coordinator. As Chair of the Sustainable Solutions Committee, she inspires her fellow committee members to take action, regularly hosting fun and engaging challenges that drive participation and create meaningful impact across the firm.

Now that you’ve met the team, let’s dive into the impact we made this year.

For more than two decades, CobbFendley has proudly supported Canstruction. This year, by participating in both the North Texas and Houston builds, we doubled our impact and helped bring even more meals to those in need.

Our STEM committee hosted a back-to-school drive for all 19 of our office locations. Our staff came together to collect essential items to help local students start the school year ready to succeed.

Led by our Hunger Relief Committee, we donated 2,159 items to charities across the country. This accomplishment was made possible by the generosity of our team and our shared commitment to fighting food insecurity.

Our Sustainable Solutions Committee leads year-round efforts focused on environmental stewardship, starting right in our own offices. From organizing office clean-up initiatives to hosting small but impactful events, like our ongoing battery recycling program, the committee is committed to making sustainability a practical, everyday priority.

While our STEM Committee proudly supports the company-wide school supply drive, our primary focus goes beyond donations. The heart of our mission is connecting directly with students, sharing industry insight through panel discussions, serving as judges at STEM competitions, and engaging with future engineers at career fairs. By showing up in these spaces, we help inspire the next generation and provide real-world perspective on careers in STEM.

These efforts reflect our ongoing commitment to supporting our communities, strengthening connections, and making a positive impact together, as one, all in.
