Regent Square

CobbFendley is currently providing professional land surveying and civil site engineering services for the 24-acre Regent Square development on four city blocks located along Dallas Street west of downtown Houston, Texas. The multi-use development will include major office, retail, restaurant, multi-family, and entertainment components and will be a major destination in the inner city area.

District Engineering Services

CobbFendley is the District Engineer for Southern Montgomery Country Municipal Utility District (SMCMUD) and is responsible for the design of new infrastructure and rehabilitation projects, review of numerous development plans, general district engineering, attendance at monthly board meetings, and preparing bond applications for funding. As District Engineer, we work closely with the operator, attorney, and bookeeper on district projects.

Capitol Complex and North Austin Complex

The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) is implementing Phase 1 of the Master Plans at both the Capitol Complex (CapCom) and the North Austin Complex (NAC). The TFC selected the CobbFendley team to provide professional engineering services as the Site Services Engineer (SSE) for the following projects.

E. Pecan Street Widening

CobbFendley reconstructed 4,000 linear feet of roadway from an existing 2-lane to a 3-lane cross-section, including a phase utilizing in-situ rehabilitation. Construction of this project provided a beginning phase of critical transportation infrastructure projects for the City of Pflugerville and was executed in coordination with several adjacent projects.

Town and Country Boulevard Major Arterial Roadway Reconstruction

CobbFendley is providing roadway design, surveying, and subsurface utility engineering (SUE) services to reconstruct and add two eastbound lanes to Town and Country Boulevard, an existing concrete street, from Legacy Drive to Spring Creek Parkway, approximately 4,300 linear feet in length.
