HOUSTON, TX – Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. (CobbFendley) was selected by the City of Seabrook in April 2019 to prepare a Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Application to relocate the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant to an area that is less affected by hurricanes. The wastewater treatment plant design is being led by CobbFendley and will include the reconstruction of approximately four existing lift stations and redirection of approximately 21,500 linear feet of force main to the new facility, which will be placed further inland in a less hazardous location. The second phase of the grant will include construction services, with both phases totaling $35.3 Million.
