Our Work
Bell Boulevard Realignment
CobbFendley was responsible for providing Utility Coordination and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) services for all non-City owned utilities (dry utilities) in support of the preparation of the schematic design for this high-profile roadway improvement project for the City of Cedar Park.
Our team of engineers coordinated and provided conceptual relocation design for all dry utilities impacted by the proposed $20 Million roadway improvement project to realign existing TxDOT facility US 183, including Pedernales Electric Cooperative, AT&T, Spectrum, Grande Communications, and Atmos Gas. Services include coordination and design of overhead to underground conversion of both electric and telecom distribution facilities throughout the project corridor, including a joint trench relocation with gas, to be included as part of the roadway PS&E. CobbFendley provided Level B SUE services for gas and telecommunications facilities and survey of SUE Level B markings indicating subsurface utilities.
