"Olaf - of - Food Keeps Hunger Subdued" was the theme of CobbFendley's award-winning CANstruction structure this year, which ultimately donated more than 4,500 cans to the Houston Food Bank. Our Olaf snowman was awarded the Juror’s Favorite, People’s Choice and Best Use of Labels awards. CobbFendley's expansion continues with three new office locations. Angleton, Texas; Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and Tempe, Arizona are the latest additions to CobbFendley's growth in the municipal, transportation and utility markets.

Josh Canuteson, R/W-NAC, SR/WA joins CobbFendley's Frisco office as North Texas Right-of-Way Manager. Josh's experience as a dedicated Right-of-Way Specialist, innovative project manager, and proficient negotiator on notable transportation projects will be instrumental in the further development and growth of CobbFendley's Right-of-Way Acquisition work in North Texas.
R.D. Bishop, P.E., LEED AP joins CobbFendley's West Jordan office as Area Manager. R.D. worked on the program management team of the Utah Transit Authority's (UTA) 2015 Program for light rail and streetcar line improvements. He has also served as a Utility Coordinator and has provided design services for numerous projects throughout Utah. R.D. will be instrumental in the management of operations, which includes the recently awarded Point Project for UDOT.
Kimberly McDaniel , P.E. joins CobbFendley's Baton Rouge office as Project Manager. A transportation specialist, Kimberly will support CobbFendley's Transportation/Traffic, Engineering, Surveying, Subsurface Utility Engineering, and Utility Coordination and Design projects throughout the State of Louisiana.

has 30 years of progressive civil, structural and transportation engineering experience complements CobbFendley's growing transportation practice. He will be instrumental in attracting and managing highway, bridge and municipal projects supported by CobbFendley's multiple offices.
Glenn Fox, Regional SUE Manager, adds more than 27 years of Subsurface Utility Engineering knowledge to CobbFendley's department of industry experts. His technical and practical knowledge of utility designation, vacuum excavation and surveying of utilities has resulted in efficiencies and savings for public and private clients.

Utility Team Clears the Way for Construction | April 2014
We proudly recognize our Grand Parkway Utility Team members, including Project Utility Design Coordinator Vineeta Jayaram, P.E., Yuki Williams, P.E., and our talented staff of utility specialists, as they clear 38 miles of roadway for construction of Segments F1, F2 and G of SH 99 in Houston, Texas. Under the guidance of Vineeta Jayaram, the team’s conflict analysis and design work kept pace with roadway design and the team was able to reduce the potential 600 utility conflicts to less than 150 utility relocations. CobbFendley Principal and Vice President, J. Mark Sappington, P.E., has been selected to serve as the 2014 Chair of the Greater Houston Partnership (GHP) Real Estate Committee. Mark has been actively involved on the Real Estate committee for many years, and CobbFendley has been a GHP strategic partner on the Certified Property Program. Mark has previously served as Chairman of the Board for the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce and has served as Chairman of the Engineering/Industrial Advisory Council of the University of Houston.
